I wrote ‘A Good Cause’, the song in the clip, exactly a year before we recorded our Gateway Drugs live at the Neve studio at SAE and played our first gig proper at Howl & Moan, the record store in Byron, on the same day. When I wrote it, I was staying in my friend’s bus, between places. It was the first song to become part of the album. And we’re rolling. That was all beautiful. Thanks for singing along!
